Matt Mumma founded Red Tide Advisory Services LLC™ in 2023 and is currently its CEO. Matt has 30 years' experience leading small and large organizations, for-profits, not-for-profits, and private equity-backed organizations.

Matt's executive leadership experience includes holding the following C-suite positions: President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer. Additionally, Matt has served as a Board Member, Board Officer, and Board Advisor with multiple organizations nationwide.

Over multiple decades, Matt has helped create, develop, lead, grow, and support organizations locally, regionally, and nationally. He had led organizations to grow to over $700MM in total enterprise value, with one organization under his leadership growing by nearly $100MM in value in a twelve-month period.

Matt is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Psychology focused in the areas of Organizational, Developmental, and Cognitive Psychology.

Emily Hermiller joined Red Tide Advisory Services LLC™ in 2024 and and currently serves as Operations Manager. In this role she is responsible for book keeping, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project management, and contract management.

Emily has worked with non-profit organizations and has previous experience with event coordination, managing and leading teams.

Emily is a 2010 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education-Event Planning.
